Cozy, Clean and Tidy!

Liked: Check in nice and easy. Room was a little small but clean and tidy. Reception very helpful and welcoming, nothing was a problem for him. Great spot close to Courtney Place lots of things to do closeby.
Disliked: Unfortunately, we were not aware bathroom was separate to room and we only had one swipe card.

Interesting, industrial-chic in the city

Liked: Great location, lovely new kitchen, great shower and bath. That it had the bedrooms was awesome. It's a funky industrial-chic Wellington style flat, clean and tidy with nice furnishings
Disliked: The very strange layout, creepy hallway to the ensuite, the large window which opens into air from one of the bedrooms. It felt a bit haunted, but by benign spirits so not really a problem!It was very cold and hard to hear as the ceiling is about the miles high.

You get what you pay...

Liked: Price, close to town.
Disliked: Difficult to find lockbox on a dark, wet night (which it was). No reception or staff to check-in with (this wasn't clear on booking.com or I missed it if it was) and details on how to access the room were slow to come through after confirming my booking online and making payment. Room was rough and had no shelter over the door so rain comes in when you open the door and you get wet while entering lockbox code.

Liked: The location was right in the part of town that we needed; they were able to take our booking and arrange key collection for us even though the booking was made last minute on the night of the stay. Met one of the staff the next morning and he was super friendly. Thanks so much!

Liked: Its a great location and staff were friendly
Disliked: There was a smell in the common areas that I couldn't figure out. The toilet constantly runs in the room and it feels like it could do with some pretty general maintenance. I had the room with the spa and the water was a little cloudy and smelt almost stale.
