AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Liked: The only good thing about this place is parking lots of parking
Disliked: Everything place was disgusting the worst place I've ever stayed avoid at all cost I payed nearly 300 pounds for 2 night wouldn't pay 50 pounds for 2 night if I would of know what i was putting myself up for. Would let a farm animal stay here.

No hot water, do not...

Liked: Free and plenty of parking. The reason for this is that there were no basic facilities in the room so no one would want to take the risk and stay.
Disliked: I needed hot water to use the basin and shower and they were not working. I contacted reception over 5 times about this and then emailed, there was no response.

Disliked: The bedding was torn in both beds but didn’t bother us as it was only one night stay

Not secure. Single female traveller.

Liked: I was a solo female traveller, visiting my sister. The bed was comfortable and the location was convenient.
Disliked: I was in room 22, it was behind the linen bins off the car park. This is a motel style hotel with all of the rooms directly off the carpark. The door leading straight off the car park to my room and one other room had no form of security, so anybody could walk in off the street. My bedroom door had part of a security chain but the other half of it was missing, so it could not be used, the window was faulty and would not close, leaving enough room for me to put my fingers between it and the window frame, also where the window is permanently open, the room was a little chilly. There were 2 thermostats on the wall, one was completely dead and the other showed a digital display but did not work, so no heating was available. As a single woman, I felt un-nerved every time I heard a noise, especially being on the ground floor. The reception desk is unmanned in the evening. When I arrived, after a long drive, I just checked in and went straight to my sister's, upon returning to the hotel in the evening, I admit I did not want to phone around emergency numbers etc, so I just put up with it and left early the next morning, It was a very long night. I emailed the Tyger Inn the next day and sent them photos of the broken security chain, broken window and broken heating and just had a reply that security is their main concern and they'd pass the message on. I felt that they didn't really care that I'd had such a bad experience. I would never go there again.

Liked: The spacious and clean room and environment was so exceptional...I liked it
Disliked: To be honest there was nothing that I could say I didn't like but please let's have an extra duvet in the bedrooms for that little extra warmth
