Liked: I genuinely can’t think of anything good to say.
Disliked: I booked a room room based on the photos which gave the impression it was quite nice. The first room I was given didn’t look clean. The bed was only half made, the pillows were the thinnest pillows I’ve ever seen and the room had a burning smell when I turned on the heaters. I went back to reception and told them this and they offered me another room. The next room was slightly better but when I turned on the heaters, they didn’t work. I waited 10 minutes for them to start but they were still stone cold and the room was freezing. At this point I asked if I could have a refund and find alternative accommodation. The guy said that was fine but that booking.com would make it difficult for me. I said that was fine and left. The following day booking.com sent a request for a refund and they offered to pay back 50% as a goodwill gesture, how nice of them after assuring me they would refund me in full. I can honestly say it’s the worst place I’ve ever ‘stayed’ and I would strongly recommend avoiding it.

Disliked: Check out was 11 I was told, but I popped out at 9 when I came back at 10:30 my room had been entered and cleaned! Appalling!!

Disliked: The beds were pretty uncomfy sadly.

Disliked: Nobody on site when we checked in so had to find alternative accommodation
