A good one night stay.

Liked: Excellent staff. Flexible hotel.
Disliked: Not much.

A very pleasant night stop...

Liked: The hotel is in a good location and parking is excellent (guests have their parking charges taken care of). Although we did not take an evening meal, the breakfast was lovely and was cooked and served to a high standard. Of particular note was the staff - they could not have been more helpful. Thank you!!
Disliked: The rooms were clean and comfortable but were a little 'tired'.

Liked: The rooms and reception staff and evening staffing restaurant were amazing. They really did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable
Disliked: The breakfast really let you down the breakfast took ages to be served , my 3 companions ordered full Cornish breakfast, the sausages we so burnt they were almost charcoal . My friend ordered full Cornish breakfast and with extra crispy bacon . I ordered poached egg on toast and pancakes. My friends egg the yolk had bursted and the yolk was set hard , her bacon was not done as much as she needed it , the waitress said they we all well done she reluctantly to the breakfast back to chef. I had my pancakes with berries and maple syrup before I got my poached eggs, I had almost eaten all my pancakes which were delicious when my eggs arrived I said I had expected them first and couldn’t eat a savoury dish after a sweet one . All in all just appalling service

I will stay here again

Liked: Spacious, comfortable room. Very clean. The breakfast is great. They have their own private parking lot. There is bar and restaurant on site with good food and special local tap beer, with good price. And there is a large grocery store right next door.
Disliked: Nothing to complain

We will not be staying...

Liked: We have stayed on numerous occasions and find the hotel comfortable but basic, but it is very convenient to the family that we visit.
Disliked: We had not stayed during the weekend before as all other stays have been Monday to Friday. We did not find out until our arrival that Friday and Saturday evenings hosted live music until midnight, being a family group all in our 80s we found it impossible to sleep until it finished.
