Very impressed with my first...

Liked: This was my first visit, from the minute I arrived I was greeted by Nicola who welcome me to the Tyack's Hotel. Informed me where everything was / times for dinner and breakfast. Dinner & breakfast menu was excellent with plenty to choose from, bar staff was also friendly and served a good pint :) Ordered my food and didn't have to wait to long to enjoy my food. The bar / restaurant and breakfast room was lovely and I was very relax and chilled. My room number 12 was lovely with plenty of room and very clean with everything you need. Nice bathroom as well with both bath & shower / double comfortable bed with a single bed also in the room in which I didn't need as being on my own. The hotel has its own free car park with ease of parking and security camaras present. Good value for what I paid for my stay.
Disliked: If I was to be very picky, the shower wasn't very powerful but did the job. No sky sports but Netflix was available.

One night stop on returning...

Liked: Friendly check in staff, bed comfortable, bath.
Disliked: Noisy traffic outside our room.Breakfast choices not flexible - I ordered yogurt and berries, but then couldnt have a crumpet or croissant!

Disliked: Very loose toilet seat.No coat hooks in bathroom

Noisy hot and ruined by...

Liked: The room was great and so was the breakfast
Disliked: It was too hot in the rooms and it was impossible to have the windows open due to the noise from the cider festival

I definitely wouldn’t stay here...

Liked: Nice looking place, good location.
Disliked: Very tired room (Room-11) Needs serious attention, bathroom vanity light didn’t work, no handle on lighting pull-cords. Pealing paintwork. Bathroom and but-in wardrobe smelt unpleasant. A sign in the room stated it costs an EXTRA £5 to have your room serviced. Curtains didn’t even fit the windows properly… very poor.

Disliked: No issues but could benefit from bit of refresh paintwork/carpets in hotel area
