Liked: The room is very specious , extremely comfortable bed, love the bathroom. The unsweet bedroom in all was very comfortable and clean and cosy
Disliked: I could not open window in my bedroom

Disliked: The girl who greets you at the desk was miserable, moody and unwelcoming and this is before you step into the dirty/dusty rooms!The dust was terrible to the point I couldn't stop scratching, the pillows were like blow up pillows and I had a bad neck the next day. Also built up grime around toilet and shower cubicle.

Very comfortable. Easy stay.

Liked: The gym. Many hotels for this price do not have gym facilities. A real bonus.
Disliked: Dinner options could be better but that is not really the hotel's issue.

Efficient friendly, lovely room, excellent...

Liked: Excellent stay, exceeded expectations, efficient friendly check in. Had an extremely loud fan in the room, was immediately allocated a different room np. Lovely room, hot shower, biscuits a nice touch. No complaints at all!

Liked: Staff were friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: Second bed in the room was so uncomfortable, could feel every bar on the frame through the very thin mattress , so two of us did not sleep at all. Attempted to call front desk to ask for another duvet to try cushion the sofa bed but no one answered. Not very good quality mattress compare to other pull out beds. Also caused the room to be very very small for 2 adults and 2 children. No space to move. Breakfast was awful. Sausages were rubbery, very little ‘continental’ to chose from. Not much out on display.

Disliked: Definitely not as good as it has been, so many times before.You can class this as basic now it never use to be it is a shame as I have used this hotel so many times over the yearsCOVID-19 and the last couple of years has spoilt this place.
