Great hotel but Breakfast totally...

Liked: Stay was great but the Breakfast was a joke. No cups. No milk. No milk jugs. No Bacon No scrambled eggs and no beans had to wait ages only on Coffee machine working totally disorganised but the rest of the hotel was really good
Disliked: Break total disaster

Liked: Nice location, easy to get to. Rooms clean, staff very polite
Disliked: Car parking was not always available. This proved a little difficult as my sister had a problem walking. Lift broke down one morning manager assisted my sister down three flights of stairs he was great , but no apology for loss of holiday time. Breakfasts were very hit and miss. Buffet style two days had to chase fruit salad two days had no fresh eggs or pouched no mushrooms one day. Always short of small plate. Last day, no brown bread and then no bread at all. Very poor. Had dinner in one night but very long wait, food was nice but expensive.
