Liked: Beautiful Hotel in a wonderful location.Spotlessly clean and the staff could not do more to make you welcome. Also, the restaurant was fantastic serving food of the highest quality

Much better that we expected

Liked: Surprised at being upgraded for our wedding anniversary,and the card and chocolates was a relly nice touch and much appreciated. .
Disliked: The menu was a little lacking in choice.

Probably wont come again or...

Liked: The food and service for Breakfast was excellent but the dining room was so dark - we needed to be in a brighter roomOur bedroom was good - plenty of room and the ensuite was well appointed with plenty of hot waterLiked the art work on the walls and thought the works going on in the garden/car park area will good when finished.
Disliked: We felt the hotel lacked a bit of atmosphere - possible because it was early in the season and not many guests staying.Disappointed not to be able to go up to the observatory room due to building works.Thought the wine we bought in the bar was very overpriced.
