Liked: Location was to be expected because of it being in a big city but the rooms felt really small and stuffy. It didn't feel like the beds felt clean in the way were it was super comfortable. Im sure the sheets were clean but the quality wasn't too great. The rooms felt cold.
Disliked: The bathrooms didnt have sinks to wash your hands. You had to walk to your room to wash your hands from the bathroom. Also, there were no micro wave to warm up my cup of noodles.

Great affordable stay and prime...

Liked: Housekeeping was very good, I changed my orientation of sleeping as I wanted to be nearer to the window as there’s almost no ventilation in the room, the housekeeping staff saw that the pillows were arranged differently and kept the same position when she made the bed, loved the service. However there was a day where I came back and the pillows were all over the place the blankets was not tidied up.
Disliked: There’s this funky smell throughout the hotel (except the reception area)…feels like what I smell along the Main Street…

Perfect location - great price....

Liked: Peter was very welcoming and helpful! Will stay again. Room with ensuite overlooking the street was perfect. Close to Castro Street and restaurants. So nice to wake up with the San Francisco sun streaming through the windows. A highlight. And a great memory.
Disliked: If I had to find a fault - A new TV was placed in front of an older wall mounted model (Broken?). I had no interest in watching TV, so didn't even turn it on. Didn't care.
