Liked: The lady working at the reception was nice and polite.
Disliked: I was on the third floor and had to carry my 50kg suitcases up by myself. The room was small, the toilets and bathroom were outside and had to be shared. There were noisy guests with bad behaviour one night and no one reacted.

Attentive staff, well run stopover...

Liked: All the staff were relatable and helpful! The maid was pleasant! The bathrooms are vintage but kept clean! The baths and showers were a pleasure to use: plenty of them throughout the building and in my time there, always clean! The room was simple but clean. The bed linen was very crisp and white. Access was smooth and easy! You can hear other people but I was not bothered by this. The online images are misleading as I did expect a very different place. This is because externally and Reception bely the truth! It's simple, okay, but well run and clean. No frills just good people - that's good enough.I enjoyed my stay!
Disliked: Nowhere to use a microwave! Twin Towers keeps things simple. There are no kettles provided in the room, but this means that access to a microwave somewhere becomes more important. Going out for every little thing when you don't want to, isn't good. The bonus is every little thing you may need is conveniently near! A communal microwave would be perfect!

A no nonsense hotel -...

Liked: Excellent location. Staff was friendly and attentive to questions and fixing things. The bathroom light fuse would go out and they quickly checked the fuse box and remedied the situation.
Disliked: Would be great if there was a coffee/tea setup for guests. I realize that due to the lobby area set up it is probably not feasible.

Place is cheap and good...

Liked: The places was exactly what I expected, maybe even better. If you want a cheap place that's good enough, this is it. The cleaning crew kept cleaning bathrooms constantly.
