For the price I’ve payed...

Liked: The good location and not so far from airport and city centre, good bus links
Disliked: For the price I have paid was very expensive!!!Breakfast very poor. No restaurant to serve food, only breakfast. Size of room and private bathroom very small despite being all clean. First night I’ve stayed lots of noise around 1.00am from other guests and second night the house alarm went off again around 1.00am for a short period maybe 10 min. Next day any word for apologise and never asked me how was my sleep. The mattress very uncomfortable didn’t slept well all my staying and pillows very high.

I enjoyed my stay but...

Liked: Staff were friendly, the facility very clean
Disliked: I think the moment a toilet (probably from a upper floor) is flushed the pipes will keep making very loud bubbly sounds making one feel uncomfortable especially if you’re struggling to sleep

Good experience of overnight stay...

Liked: Bus stop outside hotel. Nice sunny room to wake up in. Fresh appetising breakfast, cooked to order. Polite and welcoming host. En suite, double bed, clean and cosy.
Disliked: Had to change to en suite double. That was my own fault as I had failed to notice on website that reserved room had bunk beds and was tiny! Resolved with host and was offered the double room at small extra cost. Matter was resolved quickly and nicely to my satisfaction.

Not a hotel, nor a...

Liked: Breakfast was ok, if ordering full breakfast, you only receive one egg, one piece of bacon, one sausage and beans. And two pieces of toast
Disliked: WATCH OUT!! when booking, I booked 2 rooms for 5. But if children are over the age of 6, they are classed as adults. So 5 became 4, my 3year old wasn’t even included. Do check their policies, I had to pay an extra £30 to have the sofa bed made up! Shocking service. Apparently only 2 adults per room even if one room has a double bed and bunk beds. My room 8, I shared with my son, needs some major changes, bed had no spring in the mattress, was like sleeping on the floor. Walls had brown stains everywhere, roof obviously had a leak at some point in my room, see pictures shower had tape holding them together, tv was miles up the wall. Avoid room 8. My partner was in room 11, which has been recently refurbished, white walls, looks ok. Shower was mouldy, milk had curdled. Not worth the price.
