Not worth the money

Liked: The location was great. The room was clean.
Disliked: The bed was horribly small for a couple so we couldn’t sleep all night. The mattress hurt our backs. The room was tiny and a bit dingy and old.

This property is ideally located...

Liked: It is in a quiet area and yet is only 5 minutes walk from Earls Court tube station. The twin room was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Rituals shower gel and body cream. Good air conditioning in the room. All staff very friendly and attentive.
Disliked: The room we stayed in was quite small with limited drawer space for clothing. The continental breakfast was freshly prepared but had limited bread and cereal options.

Liked: Frendly personel, well done breakfast, quiet neighbourhood
Disliked: NO WINDOW in our room and that was not mentioned when I booked the room. I would not have taken the room if I had known this.

Fantastic location. Room clean, well...

Liked: Room small, but clean and comfortable. Wifi hit and miss, which I imagine would be a little frustrating if relying on for work. Breakfast ok. For my husband, it was not communicated to him when we arrived for breakfast that he could choose a different coffee from the coffee machine, rather than that displayed in the flask on the table next to the bread, toaster etc.. I don't drink tea or coffee. I had to ask for juice and water, ordinarily served in a very small glass and the water was lukewarm not cold. A large jug or iced water for guests to help themselves from would have been good. The milk left out in the jug for cereal was also a little warm rather than cold. The lady who served us was extremely polite, but her English very limited and is a central London hotel, which I think perhaps meant we weren't made aware of these other options and having to keep asking for things.
Disliked: Think covered in the above. Also, the shower room was bijou!!, but clean.

Liked: Clean, nice hotel Good location Friendly staffBed comfortable
Disliked: Air conditioning was located above large cupboard so blocked air coming out. Small room for a luxury double. Cupboard in room kept creaking when air conditioning was on, hard to sleep. Breakfast would have been better if offered more cereal choices.
