Liked: The staff were friendly
Disliked: There was only one bedside lamp at one side of the bed. £100 deposit was taken and hopefully released. It was only £0.01 on a credit card. There wasn't much room in the bedroom and not a lot of variety in the breakfast room.

Liked: The hotel is very well located, and the staff is very friendly. Their offered to keep luggage before check-in and after check-out. Breakfast is a bit limited but the items are all of good quality. We appreciated particularly the service, the room has been cleaned up and we had new water bottles every day. Hotels in London are generally expensive, but this one has a honest price and the overall quality is good. The location is fantastic, especially if you travel through the Heathrow airport (Earl's court is served by Piccadilly line).
Disliked: Room isolation is not perfect, the room tended to be quite cold. The heating system worked well though, the room would get warm pretty fast.

A wonderful stay, I hope...

Liked: I loved this room, it was elegantly furnished, there was a big comfortable bed and a full sized bath in the en-suite bathroom. The french windows led to an outdoor terrace with seating, which was an absolute pleasure in this peaceful but fairly central part of London. A continental breakfast was included in the price, which was constantly being replenished by the attentive staff. I highly recommend a stay here, I will definitely be back!

Disliked: The rooms are in the downstaurs, I was expecting to be in the hifher floor, but most of rooms are underground.

Passable

Liked: Room was very nice and clean, and large. Lighting was good.
Disliked: there was lots of noise at night and very early morning. Woke us up multiple times and really affected the stay. Breakfast could have been better, was hoping for something cooked.
