A over night trip and...

Liked: It was clean and close to where we were going and not noisy or over crowded
Disliked: Everything was great

Disappointing

Disliked: The bed and pillows. The linens didn’t fit the bed. The mattress showed all the way around. The bed was hard and the pillows awful. No staff came in to refresh the room or give us more towels or coffee packages. No plug ins to charge your phones. We had to charge them on the bathroom vanity. The sheets and towels had stains on them. The place could’ve been cleaner. We used to stay there every year and loved it but haven’t stayed in Several years due to not going to Branson. It has really went down hill. We won’t stay there again.

Great value

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable. Liked big mini fridge and the location couldn't be beat. Slept great. Will return when we come back to Branson.
Disliked: Would like more choices for breakfast.

Pleasant

Disliked: Unfortunately the room was not clean. I cleaned the sink area myself with a towel. I used the pillow that smelled the cleanest. I cleaned houses for a living for years, so I know when things have been picked up vs. cleaned up. That said, the staff at the front desk was very friendly. The location excellent for my purposes. However. new bedding is needed for the room I stayed in and the refrigerator was so loud I had to unplug it. I wish I could give you a higher rating. Your location is great. It was a ground floor unit in the back and very quite. Thank you for that.

It's a nice hotel for...

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. We did not access the WiFi. The breakfast good and had hot options. The breakfast area was clean and there was an employee to help us if needed. It was a nice bonus to have a fridge in the room.
Disliked: It would be nice to have a microwave in the room.
