Disliked: We loved everything

Beautiful location, gorgeous and comfy...

Liked: Love the location, the bath was amazing, the bed was comfortable, the lady in reception was on hand any time we needed assistance
Disliked: The tv does not work properly, they say they can’t connect it to their WiFi which was a let down as during a rainy evening we wanted to watch a movie, also the shower pressure we initially had to report however they did fix it, it was just the tv that let it down

Our stay was too short...

Liked: Very well appointed rooms and bathrooms. Extremely comfortable beds.Fabulous decor in main lounge like an old manor house but very welcoming. Not to mention excellent location
Disliked: From a personal point of view I found the defuser with reeds too over powering for the room size.Shame the restaurant wasn't open a little later But really nothing negative to say

Disliked: Breakfast was a bit bland and dryBlankets and house coats where dry and rough

Liked: Ideal location in Grasmere. Bed comfortable and room clean. Breakfast good and staff friendly and helpful. Nice little restaurant and bar attached to the hotel.
