Awesome break away

Liked: My kids loved the splash park and the swimming pools. Kids club was fun and they had a great mini golf course. We had the 2 bedroom superior apartment which was so big. We were on the top floor which wasn't an issue with walking up multiple flights of stairs
Disliked: Beds were very uncomfortable. I had read other reviews saying the same. Both myself and my husband had sore backs from the bed. Home now in our own bed and no more sore back

Liked: Accommodation was excellent. Roomy. Pools, spa tubs and slides were fantastic. Kids loved the kids clubSupermarket 3 min walk. Very close. I would stay here again.
Disliked: Stayed 7 nights, family of four. One towel each to last the 7 days. Would have to.pay $5 for clean towel. Units are self-contained so no daily servicing of units. You need to replace loo paper, tea, coffee, milk. BUT, there is a washing machine and dryer in units to wash and dry your towels. You are supplied 2 sachets of washing powder.

Disliked: Our family group being separated and placed all over the resort instead of close to each other and our 80 yr old mother put on the top floor (3rd) with no lift yet my sister and her family on the ground floor

Liked: The public facilities are good, the water slides, the pools, my children would loved them if it's warm enough to go into the water. The free coffee vouchers are good. The spas in the pool area are very convenient.
Disliked: We stayed in Room 283 for a week. Unfortunately, the queen mattress, one of the single mattresses, and the lounge suite were all quite sunken and uncomfortable. One of the single beds also appeared to have bed bugs—we were both bitten after spending just one night in it.The basic supplies provided were minimal: only two toilet rolls, one kitchen bag and a small tube of body wash, 2 little sachet of dishwasher liquid, and washing powder for 4 of us the entire week. It wasn’t a huge issue, but we did have to purchase our own essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, washing powder, dishwasher liquid, rubbish bags, toilet paper, kitchen paper, salt, and oil—even though we only prepared simple meals like salads.
