This was a very relaxing...

Liked: Veranda was so peaceful, large lobby, updated but still historic and rustic
Disliked: The staff was unaware and unconcerned about making the TV work to bring in the NBA Finals that the Indiana Pacers were playing in for the first time in twenty-five years.

Great hiking trails - adequate...

Liked: We loved the trails - the cabins were adequate as were the tennis courts and playgrounds.
Disliked: Both the indoor pool and the outdoor pool were closed during our visit - that was disappointing. We were really unimpressed by the dining room. Only buffet was available for meals - and it was overpriced for young kids. Dining room staff was friendly, but inattentive once we were seated.

Liked: Really EVERYTHING!! Trails was awesome... the cabins was clean& cozy and in best location!! Me& my 75 yr old dad had the best time& stay...can't wait to go back!!
Disliked: The price of breakfast... $35 for 2 was little shocking...
