Exceptionnel stay!

Liked: Everything was top notch ! It started with a very friendly and professional staff at the check in and check out. The breakfast has optimum choices from vegan brioche, lactose free yogurt and many more hot options. The room was very spacious, very clean and in a quiet area of the hotel. A truly exceptional experience. If I visit Torino again, this will be the place to go!

Liked: We had a very nice welcome from the staff after driving for a long period. We booked the property valet service, very convenient, a bit expensive though. The room was just fantastic, great size, simple but elegant decoration. The bathroom was just a dream, separated shower and tub, filled with great toiletries, robes and sandals. Free mini Servi bar with basic stuff. We also tried the spa and had a great experience.

Liked: Everything was superb!! An extremely well run hotel. The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean. The common areas are inviting and stylish. The staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast was scrumptious and varied. Overall, one of the best hotels we've stayed in.

Comfortable, convenient, friendly

Liked: We stayed for five nights to celebrate my partner’s birthday. Gorgeous room with balcony and view of the Alps (backside of the building, not overlooking the train station). The staff was super friendly, helped with all our questions, and made very useful suggestions on restaurants and visiting sites, even before our arrival. The breakfast was delicious(plenty of choices for all tastes) in a fabulous dining room (loved the design). We used the spa facilities once, which were small, but clean, and relaxing after a day’s walking in the city.
Disliked: Surprised and disappointed that there was no birthday message or other gesture for my partner’s birthday….
