Liked: Had a very pleasant stay. Excellent location, close to Porta Nuova. We had a problem with our booking (our responsibility) and Antonio sorted us out without any fuss. Well done!

Liked: Location really near the main station. Room wi%h a lot of space. Breakfast buffet very nice.
Disliked: the carpets and rugs have already fulfilled their useful life.

Liked: Ok location, good if you don’t mint walking 10 minutes to see the sights, front desk staff were helpful
Disliked: We weren’t given any coffee as we “are English” Left a do not disturb sign on the door to return and find the housekeeping staff had made up the room, surely housekeeping should what know what do not disturb means? Air con setting were also altered after housekeeping had made up the room There was a power outage during our stay, luckily my partner was in the room and let me in, had she not been in the room I wouldn’t have been able to enter as the keycard didn’t work.Cable TV also stopped working (wanted to watch Wimbledon highlights in the morning and was unable)Fridge was not clean

Very good

Liked: The location of the hotel is perfect, very close to Porte Nuova train station and 10-15 minutes from the city centre. The hotel is on a quiet street; it has good breakfast. The staff is very helpful.
Disliked: I would have appreciated a tv-program in English language.
