Liked: The staff is super helpful and does their best.
Disliked: The mattresses. The bed was too squishy. Because of this I would give 3/5 but the great staff picks it up to 4/5

Liked: Excellent breakfast. 5 minutes to metro. Coffee making facility in the room. Fridge

Liked: In walking distance from 2 metro stations to access the centre. Clean rooms.
Disliked: Reception staff were pleasant but generally not 4 star hotel. The bar staff liked talking to reception staff instead of being at the bar to serve, even though he could see us seated I eventually had to approach reception as ask if the bar was open!For the price a breakfast could have been include even if continental.The room was very small it was one person when walking at end of bed, if at dressing table you had to move. I had to call reception after a long day out (in heat) the complimentary water had not been replaced or the nightly chocolates missing, just summed up the lack of feeling treated well expected of a 4 star hotel!
