Overall, great stay and highly...

Liked: It was spacious and clean, staffs were amazing! Location was perfect, free shuttle to downtown was so convenient.
Disliked: Heater makes loud sound and the air becomes very dry so we didnt end up using. However there is a fireplace with real wood, we could have done that instead if it were winter.

All you really need.

Liked: Although it is not located in the centre of Banff, the bus system was amazing, with free bus passes for guests, making it accessible to the township. The unit had everything we needed. Having only 2 washing machines and one working dryer for the whole resort was challenging.
Disliked: Laundry was too small.
