Great stay, we really enjoyed...

Liked: Perfect location for exploring London. Helpful and nice staff. After a long sightseing day, there is an opportunity to sit outside in the garden and have a beer. The rooms were clean and small but sufficient for an overnight stay.
Disliked: Small room and bed.

Liked: I was very disappointed with my stay at this property. The room was not as shown in the pictures – it was extremely small, congested, and not suitable for two adults. There were no windows or ventilation, which was not mentioned during booking. This made the room uncomfortable, and I even felt breathless at night. Despite requesting an upgrade to a room with a window or some ventilation, the staff did not accommodate my request.Breakfast was also not included, and I had to pay an extra charge, which was unexpected. The amenities were very basic – there was only one bottle in the shower for shampoo, shower gel, and soap, which did not feel like a good option. Essential items like a toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, iron, or kettle were missing.Overall, I felt that the stay was not value for money. I had paid for comfort and peaceful sleep, but unfortunately, I did not get that experience. Breakfast was good
