Small but perfectly formed

Liked: The bed was comfortable. The staff were kind and genuine. The high spec environmental functions in the room were good.
Disliked: There was a missing hook for hanging clothes. There was no kettle. There was only one towel per person. The shower was very slow to drain and overflowed out of the shower tray when in use

Liked: Had all you need for a base in London close to Liverpool street for transport. Rooms aren't big but you knew that before booking. Staff were helpful with holding onto luggage and putting some medication in fridge for me that needed to be kept cool.
Disliked: Not much...maybe a bar but not what this chain does. Anyhow, there are plenty of options close to the hotel plus Spitalfields market and Brick Lane within 5 min walk.

Liked: Very central location and easy to get to. The room ticks the box for what I needed.
Disliked: Its London, so London prices. The room was fine very small but that was ok I was staying 1 night with work, I think even with only 2 people you may struggle. toilet brush was in the toilet when I got into my room? the facilities were otherwise clean. the bed very comfy and glad to have full aircon for the very warm night I was staying. check in process was a bit of a pain but there were 12 of us checking in. quiet at night which was great. honestly I can't complain if you are staying for a couple of days for work etc its absolutely fine.
