Fantastic location, easy check in,...

Liked: The location of the hotel is a fantastic! It’s only a short walk from Liverpool Street station. It’s also in a great location from some amazing breakfast spots and local markets all once again within a short walk from the hotel.

Nice room, but cramped

Liked: The room was nice, location was good perfect for a couple.
Disliked: Room was cramped, it was nice but very small so consider that if you like space

Got robbed

Liked: Nice location reasonable room and good staff
Disliked: I got robbed on the doorstep of the hotel

It was okay

Liked: Garden is quite amazing and unexpected. Bathrooms are great.
Disliked: Room itself was pretty basic and the pillows were incredibly uncomfortable, from broken into rock shaped chunks.

Disappointing

Liked: Bed was comfy.
Disliked: Very noisy with other guests in the corridors, banging kn doors. Bathroom was dirty, especially around the doors, taps and shower, bedroom was very dusty and needed a hoover. Little toilet paper. TV was broken. Very little lighting on street outside so didn't feel safe. Quite expensive for what you get, didn't bother with breakfast as it was an additional expense.
