Terrible hotel wouldn't suggest it...

Liked: We liked nothing from start to finish the hotel was a shambles
Disliked: The staff where rude rooms where broken, ac toilet seats, showers, sink and this was between 2 rooms

Wouldn’t stay there again

Liked: Great location
Disliked: Not worth the money. Paid extra for a room with a window but the window overlooked a roof and other buildings. No kettle in room, no hand towels, only one pillow each with no extra ones in the room if needed. Shower drain full of the last 6pm this worth of guests hair so if you showered for longer than a minute you flooded the bathroom and the air con was dropping water in the floor so you walked in to a puddle when entering the room. Asked if we could leave our cases in the luggage room for a couple of hours and we were told we could for £2 per bag.

Liked: Very helpful man on reception who went out of his way to show us our room entrance and explain arrangements for leaving in the early hours though reception when gates were locked . Staff went above and beyond and were friendly and helpful . Excellent value for money
Disliked: Everything was perfect . Would stay again and will certainly recommend

Liked: Reception staff was amazing, had a little issue and was told to contact the hotel manager through the email in which we did and it has been nearly a week and still no response. Not as professional as I thought I'd be
Disliked: Was OK besides queries not being answered.Bathroom light was flickering in room
