Liked: Only thing good was the young man at the desk, Nicolas. He helped get maintenance to fix the water leak from the air unit and gave us something to patch the hole where the door handle had been pulled off. He was very helpful in trying to help. I would give him a 15 on a scale of 1 to 10.
Disliked: Everything! The bathtub was filthy. Housecleaning never came to clean it. I bought cleaner and gave to the family I put in the hotel to clean it. Every ice machine on every floor was broken. The pool was covered and not open. The dryers didn't work. There were holes in the walls, the floor in front of one of the beds had water everywhere which maintenance did fix the next day. The website showing the property must have been what the property used to look like. My husband and I were helping a family that had been evicted from their rental and had no place to go. We were looking for a no frills clean hotel for them to stay in for a week and one they could afford on their own until they could find another place to rent. The only bright spot was Nicolas. The young man at the front desk. I think he works late afternoon till 9 pm. He did his best to help. Overall rating for this hotel is 0.

Disliked: Do not book this hotel. Absolutely not.I hope this terrible hotel goes bankrupt soon.Although it is called a hotel, it is actually just a place to sleep, not a normal hotel.for example,1. The bed sheets were dirty.2. There was no hair dryer. 3. There was a half-eaten can of tomatoes left      in  fridge. 4. There were no clothes hangers.5. There are no paper cup,glass cups, ceramic cups, or anything else in the room.6. There  no electric kettle or coffee maker etc.7. There is no safe in the room.8. The front desk refused to let me store my luggage.9.There is no telephone  in the room., so if there is no hot water or the maid doesn't come to clean, I have to go to the front desk.10.There is no alarm clock.11.The bed was dangerous. For some reason the metal plate was exposed and I hurt my leg.12.The entrance and bathroom doors are damaged, but it seems there are no plans to repair them.13.When I got back to my room, the room hadn't been cleaned, so I complained to the front desk. When I asked the front desk about it after a few hours, they said the maid had already left work. In the end, the room was never cleaned even after two nights.14.This morning there was no hot water in the bath. I ran the water for an hour, but it still didn't work. I complained to the front desk that there was no hot water, but they just said "Oh, I see," and it seems that it's normal for hot water not to come out.Can you believe the above story? It's scary but true, so please don't book this hotel.
