Large clean rooms were nice.

Liked: Large parking lot for trucks, easy to access, it was clean and relatively quiet.
Disliked: There was ongoing construction, but it isn’t necessarily a dislike. I can’t wait to see it updated.

Liked: Easy access to my destination.
Disliked: Old facilities, in need of updating. Price should have reflected the outdated condition.

Disliked: Staff was not friendly, bed was so uncomfortable, pillows were awful, the curtain might as well had not even been up because we had full light all night long

Spacious Rooms

Liked: The hotel room was very spacious, more than I imagined it would be. The staff was friendly and helpful. I requested a room on the first floor and they were able to accommodate my request. The facilities were clean. Breakfast was ample with lots of choices. Even the coffee was good. The location was perfect for me, as it was only 10 minutes to family in either direction. There are restaurants within walking distance and a drug store. Just down the way, about 5 minutes, is a huge park, recreation area.
Disliked: The only drawback is that if you call the number listed for the hotel it takes you to a call center. The person was hard to understand (thick accent). I was calling to see if the pool was open and was put on hold twice for about 10 minutes. When the person returned they merely stated the hours the pool was open and that it was large. Well, the pool was not open because it was March and it probably doesn't open until May.

Liked: I had to wait 20 min before checking in before someone came to wait on me. The elevator and hallway smelled horrible. The bed was not made well and the room floor was not vacuumed well.

Disliked: Booking.com did not send the hotel our confirmation or PIN number and they were sold out so we had to find alternate hotel. Sister is diabetic and desperately needed to rest after long drive and we will never recommend it or use you again. Very unprofessional and quite frustrating.
