Liked: Great location, helpful and friendly staff, and good food. No complaints.

Terrible.

Liked: Room was a decent size
Disliked: The aircon didn’t work in the room, it was sweltering. So much that I could not sleep as it was switching off every 45 minutes. When I complained the next day the receptionist was not apologetic at all and told me that I should have called down to get the handyman to fix it. I told her I am one solo female traveller, I am not going to ask a male stranger to come into my room in the middle of the night. She just shrugged. To pay £230 for one night of no sleep was a total rip off and I was only there for 36 hours which ruined my whole trip as I had no sleep or rest at all. After I complained, another guest also made the same complaint about his room which showed that this is a known issue in the rooms and they did not bother to fix it.

Completely ideal for exhibition stay.

Liked: Location to the exhibition center is just perfect. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: It would be better if a la carte menu is available for dinner from the restaurant.

Disliked: You should have an UBER stop in front of the hotel. We have to walk to the opposite part of the stadium to get en UBER. The rooms are a bit outdated, and they need a renewal. There was no fridge in my room, and there were non available in the reception.
