Disliked: It was impossible to make changes in the booking because the hotel took forever to respond to messages or to answer calls (they didnt actually answer the call at all). When they finally responded they only responded to one of my inquiries and ignored the other one again and again. Couldn't get an invoice from the hotel in time, then it was with mistakes. When we arrived there were troubles with proving that we have already paid for it. Very bad experience organization-wise.

Liked: The girl at the front desk Alexia tried to de-escalate and stay friendly, but this was the only positive thing
Disliked: 1. Third time there - but every time bad house keeping...last time stale cigarette smoke in the room, this time there was a sock hanging in the bathroom, the toilet lid was open, towels looked used and were lying unfolded in the bathroom, in the bedroom some of the furniture was scattered on the floor, possibly because the window was wide open 2. I slept every month in hotels in belgium, this time was the first time i had to pay not the amount like written in the app booking.com, they asked for extra money for the tourist tax....In Germany, tourist tax must be included in the total amount on booking portals, which has always been the case in the past3. The doors and the furniture and the floor carpet are dirty and very old, time for a renovation....and perhaps with a aircondition for the summer in the future - therefore is it very cold there in the winter because of the small eletcric radiator4. parking places less then guests
