Disliked: When we checked in the lady and young man were rude and could nit have been more unhelpful. We ask for another room as we had an extra person and they said they were full. We went on several booking sites and found rooms with no problem. When faced with this they would not answer and gave us the same rude check as before. The same lady was in charge of breakfast the next morning and was still rude and seemed that the customers were an irritation to her. The corridors and dirty and paint all over with bad stains on the carpets. My room had a terrible drains smell which was not dealt with and was told they were full again. It was over 30 euros each way into Antwerp. On Sunday we were told the kitchen was closed and we could not eat. There is nowhere around to eat there so we went hungry. We were never told they closed the kitchen if they felt like it. We would not stay here again nor recommend anyone that they should unless they want poor rooms, rude staff and a high cost to get anywhere. VERY DISSAPOINTING.

Disliked: I did not like the property because during my stay, the TV set was not working for 2 days, I reported to the staff but regrettably the TV channels were not fixed properly.

Bad

Liked: I didn’t have breakfast there.will have enough shampoo
Disliked: Personal specially the one who i meet to check in was not welcoming, I don’t know why.the room was not clean, tv had only 7 channels that have only news and advertisements, and in a morning u have silence they shouted when they were cleaning,etc….
