Excellent facilities, great stay

Liked: I went for the new years and realised I left my jeans behind and I went out trying to get in clubs with trackies on and they all turned me away I told the hotel owner around 10 o clock and he went out kf his way to go pick me some jeans up in my size from his friends house and he also gave us a heater without us asking as he knew it were cold outside

value for money, friendly staff...

Liked: The location was fantastic for a night out clubbing, blackpool tower, coral island and anything in the north. We walked to and from clubs/pubs, shops, coral island, the tower. less than 10 minute walk to them all, no need for public transport. parking available next door so wasnt struggling for a space. Staff very friendly and welcoming, after us turning up to our original booked b&b to find out it was closed down we booked this and checked in within 5 minutes. Good wifi, simple to get in and out as and when we pleased, offered fridge to keep any food we brought with us fresh. Plenty of tea and coffee in room. Clean room with towels and soap.
Disliked: Outdated wallpaper/border in the room and old fashioned toilet/sink but this was irrelevant to us as the fact that it was clean, staff were friendly and it was fit for purpose was most important.

Liked: The man who runs it is lovely and cheerful
Disliked: Noise levels , the room outdated, cleanliness, heating didn't work , didn't even attempt to have a shower , sink in the bathroom, security very poor

Liked: Staff were lovely very accommodating helped me with the bags showed interest on the girls dance comps. Parking available
Disliked: Was cold, we got a little portable heater, the heating was on but think because its an old building

Disliked: Needs a major refit. Tiles in shower taped to wall. Very tired throughout

Liked: The location of the property was brilliant. We were with our 2 year old so being away from the strip was great - we were a 5 minute walk to Coral Island and Sealife Centre.

Perfect for an overnight stay

Liked: The hotel is basic but very adequate and although meal options aren't available there are facilities for making your own food ie microwave fridge toaster which is a great idea , very comfortable beds
Disliked: Nothing to not really like it was very adequate for the price
