Liked: Staff are very friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble for them. Comfy pillows too not like a brick

Liked: Amazing staff, amazing location, lovely clean rooms with comfy beds. Nothing is too much trouble. They tell you where everything is if you need any extra coffee, toilet roll etc if you run out. Parking on site too :)

Got by with no big...

Disliked: It was cold when kept coming back in the room and there was an odd smell in the room and the bed sheets where still a bit damp from the wash (i’d like to think that’s why) other than that it was a place to sleep

Disliked: smell was not very nice because of the toilet. Flush not working well.

Liked: The location was ok .the bed fairly comfortable.
Disliked: There was a smell in the room like damp but I cd not see any damp.The room is dated really old the shower wd only go very cold or very hot .The furniture and decor was just really old needs upgrading.I would not stay again here.
