Liked: The owner is great
Disliked: I complained about the fact I paid to sleep on a camp bed and I’m disabled and it’s not a adequate bed and ended up having to leave early was not offered a different room even though hotel was empty or money back for the nights missed or for car parking I paid for that I wasn’t using was quite disappointed to be honest as was my place to stay in Blackpool but I honestly don’t think we will be returning there was also a strong smell of cannabis throughout the hotel and was some problems with some guest the owner did try and deal with them but with a camp bed and constant banging from upstairs very limited sleep

Liked: Since I stayed in 2016 it hasn't changed much still basic but for the price it's perfect cheap and cheerful, there is new owners and he was absolutely lovely helped with everything I was greeted with a big smile on arrival and every morning and afternoon and made sure everything was good daily we even had a laugh and joke with him he was lovely, my partner fell over before arrival and cut his knees and hands and the male who checked us in made sure he was ok and offered help . the lounge now has a working TV , darts board and kids football game and bandet

Liked: Staff were very comforting on arrival and extremely pleasent and extremely welcoming. The room was perfect for a family of 3 and the beds are extremely comfy... the location is perfect to get to attractions by foot.... definitely be booking here again in the future...
Disliked: Nothing!
