Liked: Everything was nice and clean. The Pacific northwest Benedict was delicious.
Disliked: They are not the friendliest staff like they claim. I was impressed with the bell boy and the girl at the door to the club. The two were great everyone else were slightly rude most didn't even say anything to us. I feel like everything there was over priced. I'm all for spending money on vacation for a good time but damn really, it was a little much for not high quality stuff (food, service) The pool was supposed to be adults from 9 to 11 but when we went to swim at almost 10 the pool was full of children

Liked: Very clean and the staff is helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The bed was a little too soft for my taste.

Liked: Nice hotel, close to shopping and Vancouver
Disliked: Too smoky now. Venting system seems to not work as well as it used to. Programs cause guests to be treated differently. Had to wait in line to check in while 10-12 people came in after us and got served before us. This made us feel like we were second class guests and needs to be looked at. The increased smokiness and check in problems will impact my decision on whether to return again
