Moldy rooms in the center

Liked: The hotel was located in the center. I was a bit afraid of the noise mentioned in other reviews, but we slept soundly. There were also blackout curtains. The breakfast was very limited, but tasty.
Disliked: Black mold overgrowth in the bathroom. The smell from the mold was extremely strong, it made me cough and made my head spin. We were told that a technician would come to take a look (I'm not even sure if he would have been able to improve the situation) but no one came. The mold is not only in the shower, its also on the ceiling of the bathroom.Our bed was broken too. One leg of the bed was replaced with a wheel from a chair, so the height was uneven. The other bed had one leg broken and was also uneven.There is no fridge in the room, even though we had a deluxe room. There were only ~4 tissues in the box.

Liked: very centrally located in Lommel. huge parking lot for free directly at the hotel If needed and weather permitting, there is a pool and a whirlpool.
Disliked: The room is a little worn and the bathtub is missing the top drain. The breakfast is ok, it would be better if you had a choice of what you would like to have for breakfast and a little fruit and vegetables would have been nice.The hotel is located right next to Lommel's pub and bar scene, and the windows and walls are poorly insulated. Unfortunately, it was extremely loud from Friday to Saturday until around 3 a.m., as the pub across the street was having karaoke night.

Liked: Aneck and Julie were the amazing staff members - I will never forget them for their brilliant quick thinking and empathy when it comes to customer service!
Disliked: Room 9: The fact we were shoved in a room at the top of the building inconvenienced me and my daughter with stairs, bumping the suitcases up and down. I was very disappointed at how dusty the room was, the air conditioning vents needs to be cleaned. The cracks on the walls in the bathroom, above the bed just shows low maintenance and neglect. None of the plug sockets worked accept for the TV so we had to rotate between watching TV and charging my phone/tablet.

Liked: The bathroom was not working, and the shower tray was blocked. I don't think it's a good idea to have a glass toilet door.
Disliked: The bad was very narrow. And the mattress wasn't good. Please get better mattresses, and unplug the shower tray. Change the door from glass to a wooden door.Thank you.
