Value or name

Liked: Was clean and office like fairly grande
Disliked: Didn't think was value for money considering competition but I didn't need any facilities maybe that's where value is

Disliked: Unable to use the swimming pool

Had a pleasant stay and...

Liked: All staff were so helpful and pleasant. Pool and gym facilities were great.
Disliked: The room had a faulty TV and the phone didn't work either. Also the radiators were really noisy. The showers in the pool were either frezing cold or scalding hot.

Liked: The staff were so helpful as I am a senior citizens I did need assistance and that was kindly given
Disliked: Nothing

We had an amazing time...

Liked: Great facilities and lovely staff. Super menu with delicious food.
Disliked: Pillows very soft would have like an option of a more robust pillow.

Disliked: It's hard to find anything we did not like. Check in was a little slow but staff were professional and cheerful
