Disliked: Its is a lovely hotel and most of the staff were very helpful. The hotel is dog friendly and our dog was welcomed. However if you have a dog with you, you can only have dinner in the bar or Tipi. Whilst both are nice settings they have a different menu to the restaurant upstairs. The menu was mainly burgers so very limited particularly if you were vegetarian. We were therefore disappointed with dinner and it did not live up to online reviews which must have referred to the restaurant menu.

Liked: The little touches made the difference. A fridge in the room with complimentary apple juice, some sloe gin.. the peacefulness and privacy.
Disliked: We honestly couldn’t fault it

Disliked: No Lights outside meadow one ,arrived in the dark,did report but not fixed,Wehad a meal in the restaurant I ordered the eel £13 for a tomato and miniature eel ,poor ,second course Lamb poor,wife had the beetroot wouldn’t choose it again.
