Tuddenham Mill Luxury Hotel

Wonderful peaceful luxurious stay.

Liked: Fabulous rooms. Wonderful bathroom. Really luxurious and restful.
Disliked: Would like usb ports in rooms but otherwise everything is just perfect

Perfect romantic short break

Liked: The rooms were beautiful and the breakfast amazing!!
Disliked: Unfortunately we couldn’t access the teepee in the evening due to a wedding but that wasn’t their fault but it would have been lovely to eat out there by the river

Beautiful surroundings, tasteful decor, attentive...

Liked: The room in the mill was comfortable, relaxing and included many "comforts". The surroundings to the mill were idyllic. Staff put themselves out. Despite not eating in the restaurant, the bar meals and breakfast were excellent.
Disliked: Perception of short-staffing at certain times - but this did not deflect from the enjoyment of our stay.

One night stay

Liked: The setting, the room, the bath and the bed was nice. Loved the gesture with the sloe gin. Wonderful breakfast and friendly staff. All of the finishing touches in the room were very special.
Disliked: Nothing at all was wrong.

Lovely Mill with fabulous surroundings...

Liked: Loved the location. The room - Water Meadow 1 - was well presented and clean with a beautiful outlook over the meadow. The breakfast service from Jackie was really excellent, the food was good, and nothing was too much trouble, all done with a smile. We stayed for 2 nights. There were ESPA complimentary toileteries, a fridge with plenty of bottled water, juice and fresh milk. A very nice touch was the small decanter of port.
Disliked: Patio/bistro chairs outside the hotel were uncomfortable. The Tipi - supposedly light meals menu was obscure. In fairness the receptionist did ask if they could make us something special. We cancelled our reservation. We didn't try the main restaurant and we actually went out to eat - an inconvenience as I couldn't have a drink. The Mill is on a rat run and is noisy with cars and small delivery vans from about 7.30am until 6pm. The hotel is also on a flight path which seems to be in effect from about 9pm until 11pm.
