Peaceful relaxing stay

Liked: Lovely surroundings clean and comfortable room. Breakfast choice was exceptional as was evening meal. The hotel was lovely and peaceful. Wonderful staff.
Disliked: Nothing

In general it was okay...

Liked: It was clean and the bed was comfortable other than that we didn’t have the best relaxing time away unfortunately due to waiting times and service and product off food
Disliked: We didn’t like how we tried to call reception over and over again to order drinks we needed more water because my gf is diabetic we all so tried to call reception over 4 times to get oat milk because my gf is dairy free’ we allso waited an hour and 40 mins for breakfast and when it turned up it was not worth the wait of an hour and 40 mins made us late to where we was going next and my gf had a bit off plastic and a little hair on her egg so it was disappointing with how much money we spent on staying with you sis spending a lot on the dinner it was not the best way to end a ment to be a good night away for my birthday.

Excellent quality hotel let down...

Liked: The room was fantastic
Disliked: Service in the Tipi restaurant was very poor. There was only one in-experienced person serving only 3 tables and we had to wait 45 minutes before she finally came to our table. This was after I went in to check what was happening. As to why service was so slow she mentioned that she was on her own, had to do the bar as well, and could only take one order at a time to avoid mixing things up. Personally I think that this is not necessarily her fault but management's for not ensuring that there is a level of service appropriate for this kind of hotel. It is also the only restaurant I have ever been to where you get charged £7.5 for a bit of bread and butter.

Short but sweet!

Liked: The beautiful and tranquil country setting.
Disliked: The only complaint was the extremely slow service at the outside restaurant. A delightful but inexperienced waitress was on her own trying to service a number of tables …. it was neither fair on her nor the patrons. The food, however, when it arrived, was excellent.

Disliked: Not sure about having the bathroom actually in the room …. Lighting not great …. Very noisy road … And very expensive
