Excellent location and room, disappointed...

Liked: The property itself was fantastic. Modern, clean and a nice new tv. Bathroom was also very new. The property also provided a complimentary bottle of red wine for our honeymoon which was a lovely touch.
Disliked: The bed was extremely uncomfortable, we woke up aching and sore. The pillows were uncomfortable and thin, we asked for extra pillows and this still didn’t help. Waking up everyday with barely any sleep, body aches and headaches weren’t a great way to start the day. We normally fall asleep very easily so it was definitely a bed problem. It was obviously cheap beds and pillows in the rooms and on top of this, we discovered yellow stains on the sheets.

Disliked: Tv didn’t work through - all scrambled picture and connection issues with foxtel and normal tv. Impossible to watch anything

Liked: Location and comfortable bed.
Disliked: No one would answer the phone when we'd call reception on multiple occasions. Bar was closed in the afternoon. Our roll out bed didn't get delivered till 9.30 pm due to being understaffed. Management apologised.

Liked: On way home from wonderful cruise and Ghan experience. Got the disabled room which were amazing. Just what I wanted for a 15 minute hit shower and hair wash.
