Liked: Very relaxing environment with plenty to do if you wish, staff were fantastic

Disliked: Kids to be out pool by 6pm - we were not told this when we went to pool at 5:15pm

Liked: What an amazing place, from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave you are made to feel welcome by the amazing staff. Every single staff member said hello or good morning/evening as we walked past. Nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back!

Great hotel but service really...

Liked: We like the theme of the property and it’s very classy feel
Disliked: Staff were lovely however service was awful, waiting 15/20 mins between drinks. Ordered drinks with dinner and dinner arrived first and drinks didn’t come untill 15 minutes after our dinner, when we had finished. Also breakfast in the morning I ordered eggs Benedict and my girlfriend ordered toast , her toast came in 5 minutes however we ended up having to order again for my eggs Benedict and total wait time was 1 hour before we decided to leave still with no breakfast. Also some minor things like going up to the room couple hours after check in and still no bag.
