Highly recommended !

Liked: One of very, very few hotels in New York that actually keep the standard of the 5 star hotel. Very professional staff, very clean rooms, tea and coffee facilities in the room (rare in other 5 stars hotel in NYC), evening turn down service (almost non existent in other 5 star hotels in NYC). Very good gym facilities. And of course amazing location.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Very frendly staff and amazing location.
Disliked: Room was a bit noise (presumably due to ongoing renovation) and some of the towels and bed linens we received were dirty.

Liked: Front desk staff were very helpful in accommodating some changes we made during our stay.
Disliked: Awful breakfast - awful service, extremely slow wait time, had to call the waiter 3 times, order came slow and hastily made. Booked the stay for my parents and felt so embarrassed when they told me of their experience. Emailed to give them feedback and heard absolutely crickets back from them. Can't believe this is Jean-Georges. Appalling.

Liked: The service, amenities and location are just superb. Everything works. Of all my hotels in Manhattan this is by far my favourite.

Liked: The location was superb Every member of staff we encountered were amazing, professional and helpfulThe comfort and quality of the hotel rooms and bedding etc was also lively to come home to after a busy day in the city.
Disliked: Nothing. Only improvement would be a jacuzzi in the spa/pool area
