Liked: The location.
Disliked: First of all, it’s definitely worth the money (we paid almost $10.000 ! ) and we were given a totally different room, not the one was presents on the pictures on the platform. I feel I was misled into buying something that was not matching to what was advertised. When you pay that amount of money you except to get the room that is shown on picture. I booked the executive 1 bedroom suit city view. And the pictures were amazing. That was the only reason I booked. But when I got there, they give me a totally different room, and I had to ask and only after that they moved us on NEXT day (not on day of the check out) to the different room. Not same! But similar to. It had smaller window on one side and it was still not matching the picture. It’s a big Brand, and it’s a shame they do this to customers who pay such a big money to stay in your hotel. Front desk staff and especially the Irish lady who I believe was a front desk manager is not capable to provide high level service. So I don’t recommend to anyone to book this hotel, you probably will be disappointed as us.

Liked: Especially the name of the hotel I love it. Im a Trump suporter and I love more US and I believe in his good intentions. Even the staff is the mirror of his power, energy and are kind, friendly and very nice.

Disliked: The price-quality ratio is below expectations. The lady at the concierge was very unfriendly and has no interest in tourists, on every question she has not normal or usefull answer, and all we wanted was to spend some money in USA. The cleaning lady was especially friendly, although the cleanliness of the room does not justify the hotel's status. We asked in advance that we are familly of 4 to prepare the other bad, eventhough we came on check in around 5pm the bed was not ready. And ufcourse that we expected view like on pictures for executive suit, it was not, perhaps we got suit on level 5 that does not reach that views. Not bad, but not for recomendation, and way too expensive.

Fantastic location literally on the...

Liked: The location was excellent with a view second to none.
Disliked: It’s very dated, not sure if there was WiFi, no mobile phone charging facilities (bar a regular socket), no area to sit and relax after a long walk (bar a small area in reception). The restaurant/main bar needs you in evening attire which isn’t practical throughout the day. Had to remind the Hotel staff to leave shampoo and shower gel each morning and even then not the best given the overall cost.
