Awful experience.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Bathroom had NO shower, no running water in the bath. Room overheated without functioning air conditioner. Staff members did not make any effort to solve the me at problems of the room plus they did not care since the hotel according to them is shutting down in fewMonths. They did not compensate for not giving the service they promise in the contract with Booking.

Liked: Excellent location and the bedroom section of the room was nice, comfortable and spacious.
Disliked: The bathroom tiles were mouldy , the bathroom walls looked dirty. It like it had a semi- refurb ; new sink and bath with the old tiles and floors that really needs redoing . First night I could get the hot water work to about 36C which is not hot enough for me. I tried the bath tap next day in a hope that’d be hotter and there was no hot water there so I couldn’t really shower. Also in such large establishments it poses a public health risk and potential exposure to legionella if the water temperatures don’t get hot enough. Because of that I wouldn’t stay here again.
