Not again. The old blood stains on the sheets that we found after hubby got up in the AM, AWFUL!

Liked: It was on-site downstairs. Coffee & hot water were always available.
Disliked: Breakfast was MEH! Eggs were runny. No gluten free options. Coffee was better the day before. No microwave in the room was a PIA -- by the time you reheated anything in the microwave downstairs it was cold by the time you got back to the room. The microwave was downstairs and on a shelf under the counter. If you choose and undercounter microwave bother to install an actual drawer undercounter microwave. It is accessible for everyone.

Liked: The room was cleaned, the breakfast was delicious, the main lobby was entertaining for the kids, parking was spacious with back door access. Booked a double queen room, at check-in I was told I booked a king. Staff didn't care about a family of 4.
Disliked: The staff wasn't nice enough to work with us.
