Liked: The rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly.
Disliked: The only complaint was the showers had no hot water.

Liked: It was the best hotel I have stayed at. Very clean and comfortable. Liked the walk-in shower, and the breakfast was great. Will definitely stay at this hotel chain again.

Disliked: Was a bit difficult at night to see the drive at the turn into the property. I could see the building but the turn-off wasn’t well lit

Liked: Breakfast was good.Windovs on hotel are not verry good,you could hear traffic all nite.
Disliked: Bed linen has some strange smell,like they are not rinsed good.

Liked: Large room, but spartan furnishings and no sitting area, Noticeable adjacent room noise. Bed too soft for my liking. Otherwise fine.Stay marred by total power failure at around 2 am. Wasn’t going to be a quick fix. Thankfully my phone flashlight function worked.My first and likely last Tru stay.

Great stay

Liked: First time staying at a TRU. I was very pleased. Very clean and inviting lobby. Room was comfortable and so were the beds. Staff were all very friendly. Tv service was even good. No complaints, I'd stay again without question. Plenty of nearby places to eat. I love that they have 24 hour coffee and tea in the lobby.

Disliked: The only issue i had was hitting my knee on the bed frame several times leaving a bruise. Such a strange bed frame that stills out very far in such a small space
