Liked: The breakfast was extremely good, the hotel was very clean, the room was comfortable, and the staff was the most professional staff I've seen in any hotel.
Disliked: I was 100% satisfied with my stay.

Liked: We liked the staff and the ambiance of the hotel.
Disliked: Our keys did not work on the door the second night we stayed. We came back in at 11pm and were locked out of the room. We had to download the app in order to access digital keys. The front desk employee was amazing and very helpful. The next day, after speaking with an employee, who I believe might have been the manager, I found out that the lock on the door was “dead” and needed a new battery. That doesn’t make sense because how were we able to use the digital keys but not our physical keys? My partner and I were in town for a very personal matter, so we weren’t in the room all day. Housekeeping was never able to access our room because physical keys did not work, only our digital keys did. Our room was not cleaned the whole time we were there. There was no attempt to fix the door or change any battery. So we stayed in a dirty room for the remainder of our stay. Definitely was not pleased.
