Nonexistent room cleaning, only excuses!!!!
Liked: We stayed from a Saturday til a Tuesday, not once was our room ever cleaned. Even after numerous request. I would not recommend this hotel. Sadly this was my first stay at a TRU and it will be my last. Never again!!

Disliked: Sound, the rolling desk is nice unless you are under children who are rolling it around the room. Also the running above you because of the floors is amplified.
