Was a great stay minus...

Liked: The room I was assigned to, key did not work and I got locked out. Brought it to their attention told it was resolved. Left to go to dinner got back into the room, left to sit at the bar then unable to get in.They decided to transfer me to a different room. Everything was good until the next day another guest was assigned that same room and opened the door while I was in the room. The whole two day the room above me guest banged, jump and stomped on the floor the whole time. Reported it to the front desk might as well I didn’t, nothing happened.
Disliked: I would like some credit back for the inconvenience. I would like to stay there again as my daughter is in college and we do go up often. I’ve tried other hotels there and so far this one is the best so far and planning to stay there in the near future just that I will not choose the 1st floor again.

Liked: Hotel beautiful but the room was total trash. No microwave my husband and i wound diwn with tea at nigh. No we didn't want to hand to leave our room for tea. Gtige was ectremely small. No ice bucket for our use. No dtesser for vlothes matter of favt no closet. That small slave over what yall call a kickenette was unbelieviable you even though that was good idea. Worst hotel i ever stsyed in amd i travel often.
