Great place for a concert...

Liked: Right away, the staff when you walked in were great! Friendly and really nice. Super quick check-in. The room was very clean. Plenty of towels. We only stayed one night for a concert, so out early the next morning. But it was quiet all night and a lot of people eating breakfast so it must have been good. The pool area was really cool and very big. We will definitely stay again for our next concert in wilmington.
Disliked: Parking lot was a little small, but nothing major.

Close to lots of places...

Liked: Clean and easy to find everything
Disliked: Parking spaces tight and lots of standing water. Pool was closed? I had to find that out by asking. Would not have stayed there if I knew pool would be closed

Absolute Relaxing, Enjoyable Experience!

Liked: Brand new facility, less than one year old, very nice! All encounters with any of your service staff were excellent!! All friendly, helpful, professional, polite, quick to assist, and respectful. I would definitely like to return to your Tru by Hilton hotels! Wonderful and relaxing experience!
Disliked: Hmmmmm. No complaints, really. Hair dryer was not in the room.... Had trouble opening the horizontal window blinds...BUT these incidentals were immediately rectified, fast service! Great!

Modern Hilton Vibe and Comfortable

Liked: Nice modern vibe, very clean and comfortable. I also liked the walk-in door shower
Disliked: The room was a little small but OK. No coffee maker in the room, as mentioned on the site when booked

Liked: This property is exceptionally clean with a nice modern vibe. I was pleasantly surprised to see the outside entertainment as well, a very nice feature. The staff was extremely helpful, kind, and accommodating to my needs.
Disliked: I ended up passing the property a few times getting in because it’s not exactly street front.

Pleasant

Liked: The breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of options including pancakes and cereals. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We appreciated the convenient 12 PM checkout time.
Disliked: The cleanliness of the room was disappointing—used towels from the previous guest were still in the bathroom, and there was visible hair left behind. Although we reserved a king room, we were given a room with two queen beds instead. Additionally, during breakfast, the coffee ran out and was not refilled.
