Staff very friendly.
Liked: Staff was very sweet. We brought our neurodiverse son to swim and they made him feel very welcome and cared for. Room was clean and lovely. It is a nice place to bring a family.

Pleasantly surprised!
Liked: The staff here are exceptional, the rooms are bright and comfy and the pool was great!The common space/lobby has lots of games, and space to hang out.We were able to park our vehicle here while on vacation and they provided drop off and pick up at the airport.

It was a pleasant stay...
Liked: Enjoyed the breakfast options and also the indoor pool in wintertime was fun with the family. The room was quite comfortable.
Disliked: Navigating tv was tricky at first. Really nothing stands out as negative. It was a pleasant stay

Exceptional
Liked: The staff was so friendly and always took the time to have a conversation with you. The hotel was clean and comfortable, the pool was great and the game's lounge was really fun. The breakfast was wonderful and we appreciated that they would make different items each day.

Great place to stay

Our new go to hotel.
Liked: We had a fantastic experience and were impressed by the hotel. There were plenty of activities to keep the kids busy. The staff was exceptional and the breakfast was one of the best we’ve had that is included in the price. It’s great that Home2 and Tru are attached. Next time we’ll likely book with Home2 to have a little more room but for someone who has a short trip and not much luggage the Tru rooms are perfect. We also loved the decor and the various seating options. We were in town for a wedding. The seating areas gave our extended family the opportunity to hangout together.
Disliked: We really loved everything about our stay.
