Liked: Property was clean.
Disliked: The general manager, Tim Stunda, and the front desk staff, Darryl, are very unprofessional and rude. Darryl used the “F” word on us, which is absolutely unacceptable in her line of work. We asked to see her manager Tim, who arrived 20 minutes later, ranting about how he got disturbed from his family by our request to see him. Most of all, he justified Darryl’s use the “F” word on us by calling it of Freedom of Speech. Tim also escalated the situation by aggressively stepping up to my husband’s face several times, although he (Tim) was told not to do so. We felt very unwelcome and unsafe, and immediately cancelled the rest of our reservation.
