Liked: I liked that the hotel is in a central location close to shopping and restaurants. It was also not too far from family I was visiting and work.
Disliked: Our first room was on the 4th floor and when the elevators opened there was an unclean odor. We went to our room 408 and as soon as the door was opened it had a stench of cigarette smoke. We were moved to the first floor and the only way to keep it cool in the room was to have the A/C on 68, but even then it was humid. The rooms are VERY SMALL, even smaller than an average hotel room. There were stains on the walls and the rooms weren’t as clean as they could have been. The carpet in the halls had stains. The staff was nice the few times I had to interact with them. Definitely not what I was expecting staying at a hotel by Hilton, we were very disappointed!
