Clean and quiet place

Liked: This is a newer property, clean, quiet. Enough parking spaces. The best was the low noise from the air conditioner. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. The breakfast was typical, nothing to write home about.
Disliked: WiFi speed was slow, about 15 mbps.
