A great place for weary...
Liked: excellent amenities-ample breakfast, complimentary tea and coffee. Nice staff, good quality toiletry items in bathroom and shower, comfortable bed and linens. There is a little shop inside with snacks, cold drinks, etc. which is a nice touch. Room lovely and clean. Would recommend for a restful night!
Disliked: better shades in the room to block out early morning sunlight, otherwise all was wonderful!

Very Satisfied.
Liked: The staff was nice and games section was a nice bonus to the hotel.
Disliked: The TV in Room 207 wasn't working the entire time. It kept shutting off on its own.

for the price and the...
Liked: it was first time in a TRU hotel, i loved the decor, but the bed covering needed to be thicker, especially in January, but enjoyed the stay. Going back in a couple of weeks, but bringing my own blankets. Bed and pillows wasn't bad.
Disliked: For chic and modern decor, thin covers didnt work for me, nice patterns but thinner and not as warm as the sheets. Had to change the room temperature several times. Even asked for an extra top covering at the desk.

Liked: The breakfast was fine but location was far from everything
Disliked: When we arrived the attendant tried to charge me twice before I caught it , the refigerator did not work we had to move to another room, we got look out and we put the door stooper on and the attendant stated that that happens all the time, the hot water ran out. I was looking forward to staying there since it was going to be my first experience and I am not IMPRESSED!!
