Tru By Hilton Syracuse North Airport Area NY

When we arrived to the hotel at the Syracuse North location we were greeted with a staff member then leaving from her shift and she was fantastic as we were entering the hotel. This was the start of our 1st time stay at your hotel. When we were greeted at the front desk the personality of the two staff members was that of the one leaving for the day. They were very cheerful and interested in why we were in town and where we were from. The people skills of everyone that we met were fantastic. I liked that they asked me if I had a preference of what floor to stay on. We chose the third floor. When looking for our room there were a few cleaners we met along the way and they too were very personable. Our room was nice and clean and a hand written note was written for us welcoming us. Everything was clean and fresh and the hotel was quiet and convenient for our stay. Great work to all the powers that be, you have the right people working for you at Hampton Inn Syracuse North.

Liked: Breakfast was excellent. My kids loved the pancake maker.
Disliked: I requested to be in upper floor but was given 1st floor. Front desk when we check in(6/23 @ 10:30pm) was not very helpful. Front desk in the morning 6/24 was much nice and helpfult.

"Comfortable Stay with Room for...

Liked: The hotel was very clean, which made a great first impression. It was also quiet, which made it easy to consecrate on some work that I needed to get done. The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and food spots nearby—everything I needed was just a short drive or walk away.
Disliked: While my stay at Tru by Hilton had some positives, there were a few things that could have been better. The digital key check-in wasn’t sent in a timely manner, which caused some unnecessary delay. Also, the staff didn’t seem very welcoming or happy—a more positive attitude would’ve made the experience more inviting. Lastly, the beds were quite firm, which made it hard to get truly comfortable at night. I've stayed in a Tru by Hilton in Concord, NH. and the beds were amazing and the staff were very inviting.
