Our second stay, we were...

Liked: Our first greeting was upbeat and friendly. Great first impression.
Disliked: Not about the property but there was a sport team staying on the floor and they were a bit loud. Did not complain and I was able to fall asleep.

I will stay there again...

Liked: Breakfast was ok, exercise room ok
Disliked: Pillows were not comfortable, spartan accommodations for luggage and personal items

other than the above mentioned...

Liked: the location was real good for those with their own transportation. close to retail and a lot of dining options. clean, comfortable and seemingly well maintained
Disliked: nearly impossible to make direct phone contact with on sight personnel. left three messages via my Hilton account inquiring about early check in and I received no replies. whats up with the TV? getting it to turn on was like trying to find my way out of an escape room. hidden buttons and menu navigation. desk staff were not able to resolve.
