Nice hotel just outside Syracuse

Liked: Breakfast was good, nice sports hall (inc. basket-ball rim and badminton court), rooms were quiet. Hotel is quite new.

Liked: Was clean, staff were pleasant and helpful
Disliked: The bed was like sleeping on a brick slate it was so hard, the room was tiny and with a tiny fridge that took us forever to even find, the room was sweltering hot when we got there because no one had turned the ac on on a 90° day?? Above all, for that tiny room for one night stay.. $300?? Absolutely RIDICULOUS.

Liked: clean, good rate, pet friendly, good breakfast, comfortable bed and pillows.
Disliked: nothing

Liked: Breakfast was great.
Disliked: Add an additional chair in the room

Great except the shade in...

Liked: Parking was great, check in was fast and efficient, room was very clean.
Disliked: The curtain or shade in my room was somewhat transparent and my room was right next to a Costco so the light from Costco shined in my room all night. I don't know why they would have a curtain / shade that didn't block light. It makes no sense to me. Everything else was nearly perfect.

Good up until breakfast

Liked: Clean, comfortable
Disliked: One staff member stared at us while we were getting breakfast from the buffet making us very uncomfortable and made us feel like we were doing something wrong. We all felt uncomfortable and then same staff member proceeded to talk to all other staff members about us. Not sure if we’d come back based on this interaction it was very unfriendly
