Liked: Convenience of the location to lottery amphitheater. The girl at the front desk was wonderful
Disliked: The noisiest building I have ever been in! Barely got any sleep through all the noise no soundproofing whatsoever. PS somebody could use how to run a vacuum in the hall

Liked: Nothing, Well we had a Hilton gift card to use. They didn't know how to apply it. So we actually didn't stay there went across the street to Hampton inn and they used our gift card

Liked: Convenient location and lobby is a friendly and inviting and spacious for use.
Disliked: Rooms are small, but that is expected at hotels.

Liked: The location was the best part about this property.
Disliked: Check in is supposed to be at 3pm. We arrived at 3:20pm to find a lobby full of people sitting around waiting. The front desk clerk was as pleasant as possible given the circumstances, but informed us that three housekeepers had called in, and the rooms were not ready. We had plans at 6pm and weren’t even able to check in until 5:30pm. One of the employees stormed out the front door as we were waiting. At checkout when we spoke to the manager, turns out that employee called and quit that morning… The manager gave us a 10% reimbursement, which granted was better than nothing, but informed us that when there are events in the area, and people show up before 3pm, what do we expect… He saw the $14 refund as sufficient. Our room wasn’t even fully cleaned, but at that point, what do you even do..
