Liked: The Location!!!
Disliked: The Bathroom Door wouldn’t stay open it keptclosing automatically. The iron was cheap and spilled water out when you put it in for the steam. I had to press some dress clothes because I came for an over night stay for a funeral. I thought the price for the value was high and I wasn’t happy about that. I stayed there because other family booked there. It was close to the funeral home. Breakfast wasn’t that good for it being a Hilton. I’ve had better! Very disappointed!

Disliked: The room is very narrow for three people and for a disabled person as well. There is no microwave to heat food. The refrigerator is also small and broken. The information is not welcoming well and they do not accept us to sit in the breakfast area. We did not enjoy the holiday at all.

Liked: The staff got us checked in and out without any issues. I witnessed the manager handling a very disrespectful customer with total professionalism and grace.
Disliked: From 9pm-11pm someone was loudly banging on our room door and running away. I didn't appreciate my 2 year old being awakened by some scumbag, the halls should be monitored by more than a camera
